Intellectual Property (IP) Docketing Specialist

Akerman is seeking a full-time Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist to provide timely and effective docketing and administrative support to the Intellectual Property Group. The role involves managing a high volume of incoming correspondence from the USPTO, WIPO, and foreign associates, ensuring all deadlines are met, and maintaining accurate electronic files. This position requires a professional with extensive experience in IP docketing and a strong understanding of patent and trademark prosecution processes.
