The IP Docketing Specialist supports the multi-office Intellectual Property group in a high-volume, team-oriented environment by managing U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution docketing. This role ensures timely and accurate updates to the docketing database, reviews incoming correspondence for deadlines, and assists attorneys and paralegals with case status verifications. The position requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with electronic docketing software and Microsoft Office applications.
