Intellectual Property (IP) Docketing Specialist

Akerman is seeking a full-time Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist to provide timely and effective docketing and administrative support to the Intellectual Property Group. The role involves managing a high volume of incoming correspondence, updating docket records, and monitoring deadlines to ensure compliance with USPTO and WIPO procedures. The specialist will also generate reports and maintain electronic files within the document management system.
