Intellectual Property Litigation / Life Sciences Associate Attorney – Mid-Level

Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join a leading law firm's intellectual property practice in Washington, D.C. The role involves handling sophisticated pharmaceutical and biotechnology litigation, including Hatch-Waxman and biosimilar matters, in federal district court and before the PTAB. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a biotechnology practice and an academic background in a life sciences discipline.
