Interconnection Delivery Manager

DESRI is seeking an Interconnection Delivery Manager to lead the execution of interconnection agreements and ensure grid integration readiness for a portfolio of solar, BESS, and hybrid renewable energy projects. This role manages the transition from financial close through construction and commissioning, overseeing network upgrades, material modifications, and compliance with ISO/RTO requirements. The position requires strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, external study consultants, and utilities while tracking risks and deliverables.
