About this role

The Interim Director, HR Business Partner Southern Europe is a senior, temporary HR leader supporting Italy and Iberia during Cytokinetics’ first EU commercial launch in 2026–2027. Reporting to the Head of HR, Europe with a dotted line to the VP/GM Italy, the role operates within a newly evolving European HR operating model. The position represents Southern Europe within European and global HR teams and Centers of Excellence to enable the region’s people strategy as the business scales.
