About this role
Interim HR Manager (six-month fixed-term) to establish and operationalize local HR fundamentals for Nutreco’s Nutreco Garden of the Future (NuGaFu) in Arbon, Switzerland. The role focuses on building compliant HR processes, implementing Workday HRIS, and handing over sustainable HR operations to the HR Service Center. Position can be full-time, part-time or delivered via a consultant/contractor arrangement.
