Total ETO is seeking an Intermediate Customer Success Manager to ensure customers realize value from their engineer-to-order ERP software throughout their lifecycle. This role involves managing account portfolios, driving product adoption, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across operations, engineering, and finance. The candidate will focus on retention, expansion, and facilitating strategic discussions to align the software with business processes.
Total ETO provides ERP software purpose-built for Engineer‑to‑Order manufacturers and custom machine builders. It centralizes quoting, estimating, engineering BOMs, change control, production scheduling and job costing to manage complex, highly configurable projects.
