Summer internship at AskBio within the Bioinformatics and AI/Machine Learning team in Edinburgh for PhD students. The intern will integrate a next-generation enhancer prediction ML model into the PromPT® bioinformatics platform and build a user-facing end-to-end ML pipeline with data ingestion, model integration, visualization, and downstream analysis. The position provides structured mentoring, collaboration with bioinformaticians and experimental scientists, and concludes with a final presentation and demonstration.
