O’Reilly’s Summer Internship Program is an in-person, 10-week, paid opportunity for students to work closely with experienced leaders across the company, gain industry exposure, and complete a meaningful project. Interns are paired with one department, receive mentorship and a personalized Career Development Plan, and participate in professional development events and site visits.
