About this role
The ERCOT Internship Program gives college students the opportunity to develop technical skills while working on real challenges for the Texas power grid and wholesale market. Interns are placed across multiple functional areas (e.g., Grid Application Development, Market Operations, Planning) and work alongside ERCOT employees. This is a full-time Summer 2026 internship based in Taylor, TX with an on-site hybrid requirement.
