This internship focuses on supporting the HOA Violations & Compliance workflow within Amherst's single-family rental portfolio. The role involves documenting compliance evidence, tracking cure deadlines, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve HOA violation notices and prevent financial liability. Interns will utilize Salesforce to manage records and provide insights on open violations and aging cases to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Intake and classify HOA violation notices across property portfolios.
Create and update violation records in Salesforce with accurate data.
Coordinate with maintenance and construction teams for issue resolution.
Monitor cure deadlines and escalate high-priority fine cases.
Generate weekly status reports on open violations and aging cases.
