The Intern, Operations plays a critical role in queue management operations at TSA Security Checkpoints, Customs and Border Protection screening areas, and airline check-in areas to ensure safe and efficient passenger flow. This position involves coordinating with airline partners and government agencies while maintaining order, safety, and customer-focused service standards. The role requires managing passenger queues, responding to incidents, and supporting terminal supervisor functions during a 3 to 6-month internship.
