Intern

This part-time internship offers culinary students the opportunity to rotate through two professional kitchens at Biltmore Estate to gain hands-on experience. The role includes field trips and training in sustainable farming, field-to-table programs, and various culinary techniques. Interns will develop skills in meat and fish fabrication, knife skills, service styles, and plate design while working in a guest-focused environment.
