Internal Harness & Interconnect Engineer

The Internal Harness & Interconnect Engineer will own the architecture, physical hardening, and end-to-end delivery of all internal wiring, cabling, and interconnects for the company's ocean energy node technology. This role bridges the gap between Electrical Engineering and Core Systems & Software teams, managing external manufacturing partners and serving as the primary technical authority for shop-floor integration issues. The position focuses on ensuring the reliability and signal integrity of critical computing and power systems operating in continuous, uncrewed maritime environments.
