People Partner

As the first People Partner, you will work closely with the Vice President of Manufacturing and leaders across Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to support hourly, salaried, and contractor employees across three Portland-area worksites. This senior individual contributor role involves workforce planning, organizational design, manager coaching, and handling sensitive employee matters while helping establish people operations practices. You will earn influence through trust and credibility, partnering with leaders to make better decisions about their teams and build the organization needed for rapid growth.
