Internship: Financial Planning & Analysis

This internship offers a motivated student the opportunity to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team at dsm-firmenich to assess and harmonize cost classification methodologies across Business Units and Business Partners. The role involves analyzing current cost structures, identifying inconsistencies, and developing recommendations to improve transparency and comparability within the organization. Participants will consolidate findings into structured reports and support the creation of an implementation roadmap for a more consistent cost classification approach.
