Interstate Liaison

The Office of Surveillance, Informatics and Evaluation is seeking a Public Health Epidemiologist II to serve as an Interstate Liaison, coordinating the transfer of TB patient data across city, state, and international jurisdictions. This role ensures continuity of care by managing referrals for incoming and outgoing patients, maintaining data quality in the Maven system, and providing guidance to healthcare providers. The position requires significant experience in public health, medical chart review, and strong communication skills to support TB prevention and control efforts in NYC.
