Interventionist

The Interventionist is a critical member of the HBCI (Home Based Crisis Intervention) team, providing treatment and crisis intervention to youths aged 5-20 and their families to address clinical and complex family needs. The role involves delivering intensive case management, implementing individualized treatment interventions, and ensuring a safe structural home environment. The position requires carrying a caseload of up to three families and participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 crisis support.
