About this role

The Inventory Planning & Control Manager owns the governance and control of inventory policy, planning strategy, and performance management across the Commercial Aircraft Group Materials network. This role aligns inventory policies with customer delivery requirements, operational capacity, and working capital objectives to optimize global inventory levels and cash flow. The position serves as the inventory owner within the Integrated Business Planning operating model, translating balanced demand and supply plans into actionable inventory strategies.

Responsibilities

Own governance and control of inventory policy across the Commercial Materials network
Develop and maintain inventory targets, policies, and controls including safety stock and min/max settings
Represent inventory within Integrated Business Planning process by providing inventory positions and risk assessments

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related disciplineAPICS CPIM/CSCPCPMPMP
