IT Administrator

The IT Administrator ensures the effective operation of Bakerly’s end-user technology environment by providing L1 and L2 helpdesk support, managing user accounts, and overseeing device lifecycle management. This role focuses on supporting employees with hardware, software, and account administration needs to keep the team productive. The position does not involve server infrastructure or network administration, which are handled by senior roles.
