IT Change Management, Lead

The IT Change Management Lead role at Interac is responsible for leading and governing the ITSM Change management practice to ensure technology changes are assessed, prioritized, and executed in a controlled manner. This position drives a disciplined, ITIL-aligned Change management approach across the enterprise, partnering with engineering, platform, and operations teams to enable safe and reliable delivery of changes. The role involves chairing CAB forums, owning change calendars, and developing reporting on Change performance and risks for leadership.
