About this role
The IT Customer Experience Support Analyst will be an onsite, hands-on member of Anaplan’s IT team in Gurgaon responsible for supporting the full life cycle of IT services for staff. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer support experience across onboarding, setup, upgrades, troubleshooting, hardware/software repair and AV/conference-room technologies. The analyst will collaborate with global teams and support a mix of engineers, sales, customer success, and finance stakeholders while helping maintain operational reliability and tooling.
