IT Desktop Support

This role provides first-level desktop support for end-user devices and in-house systems, handling hardware, software, and connectivity issues. It also involves AV setup and technical support for events across multiple venues, including pre-event checks and equipment maintenance. The position requires working independently across sites and supporting occasional events outside standard office hours.
