IT Field Technician

The IT Field Technician provides Tier 1 and Tier 1.5 technical support to employees across multiple dealership locations, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day technology issues and advanced troubleshooting. This role involves supporting users both remotely and on-site, handling hardware, software, and network connectivity problems, and determining when issues require escalation to higher-level IT resources. The position requires independent work, effective communication, and travel between various dealership locations to ensure operational continuity.
