About this role

This role serves as the primary point of contact for City staff, providing hardware and software troubleshooting via email, phone, remote access, or in-person. The position involves diagnosing network connectivity issues, performing computer maintenance and upgrades, and maintaining detailed equipment inventories and technical documentation. The incumbent will also support IT policy administration, manage help desk tickets, and occasionally cover on-call shifts to ensure system reliability.
