IT Helpdesk Technician

This role provides on-site and remote end-user support for Windows PCs, software applications, printers, and basic network and security issues within a multi-site manufacturing environment. The IT Helpdesk Technician serves as the first point of contact for IT support requests, handling incoming tickets and escalating issues as necessary to other internal IT staff. The position requires independent work as well as collaborative efforts with the rest of the IT team, including some local and overnight travel between facilities.
