IT Manager

Pivotal Health is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to build and manage its IT infrastructure from the ground up as the company expands its offices and remote teams. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee IT support, manages device provisioning and access, and ensures the smooth operation of office technology and conference room setups. The position requires close collaboration with the Security Platform team to maintain compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA standards while administering core SaaS tools and vendors.
