IT Operations Support

This role provides first-level IT support for infrastructure issues, including workstation setup, device configuration, and user authorization. The incumbent manages IT asset inventory, maintains documentation, and serves as the primary point of contact for technical requests via ticketing systems. They collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve incidents and ensure compliance with IT service management standards.
