IT Operations Support

The role assists the IT Operations team with network support requests and various projects on a part-time basis. Responsibilities include auditing and standardizing network racks, documenting wireless access point locations, monitoring network and server performance, and maintaining accurate change records. The position supports network and system engineers and contributes to team efforts while developing new technical skills.
