IT Process Owner - WashU IT - End User Services

About this role
This role provides an operational framework, processes, and tools for End User Services within WashU IT to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and responsiveness to customers. The position partners across teams to increase process maturity, establish standards and visibility into service quality, and support strategic planning for service operations. It also mentors staff and supports development of training, templates, SLAs, and SOPs to maintain continuity of services.
