Protex AI
The IT Security Analyst will be a critical, hands-on resource responsible for the daily operations and administration of Protex AI's internal IT environment and core security tooling. This entry-level role supports day-to-day IT operations and advances strategic compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001 maintenance and SOC 2 Type I audit readiness. The position reports to the Head of Security, Risk & Compliance and provides support for vulnerability management, vendor risk assessments, and client assurance.
Protex AI is a site intelligence platform that turns existing cameras and operational systems into a continuous stream of real-time insights for industrial teams. It covers both safety—including PPE detection, ergonomics, vehicle control, and near-miss detection—and operations, such as facility flow, process compliance, and productivity analytics. Protex AI serves industries including logistics, manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, and warehousing, integrating with EHS management systems, WMS, MES, and BI tools.
