About this role
IT Service Desk Technician role based in Ayvens' Bristol office, supporting the Technology & Change Management division. The position provides first-line helpdesk support for hardware and software issues via phone, email and onsite, working on a rota with early and later shifts. The role requires daily office attendance (Monday–Friday) and contributes to maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and service levels.
