IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk provides first-level IT support for internal staff across Metro and satellite sites, managing the lifecycle of support calls in a time-constrained environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for resolving IT issues to ensure staff productivity and meet service level agreements. The position requires monitoring support tickets, maintaining the Standard Operating Environment, and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
