About this role
The ITS Academy Program is a nine-month salaried training program that prepares recent graduates for a full-time Software Analyst role within JM Family’s Information Technology Services. Participants receive hands-on learning, rotational experiences across IT functions, and professional development while gradually integrating into designated ITS teams. The program requires a minimum of three days per week on-site at the Deerfield Beach, FL headquarters and guarantees a full-time Software Analyst role upon successful completion.
