About this role
The Leadership Fellows Program is a full-time, two-year rotational development program at Fairfield University for recent Fairfield graduates. Fellows complete three cross-functional assignments across university business operations (Academics, Advancement, Enrollment, ITS, Marketing, and Human Resources) and receive formal leadership training and mentoring. The program is designed to prepare participants for potential continued employment at the University after successful completion.
