About this role
The ITS Academy Program is a nine-month salaried training program that prepares recent bachelor’s graduates for a full-time Software Analyst role. Participants receive hands-on learning, team integration, rotational experiences across IT functions, and professional development. The program is based in Deerfield Beach, FL (minimum three days onsite) and transitions successful participants into a long-term Software Analyst position in Jacksonville, FL.
