IT Support Engineer (m/w/d)

The IT Support Engineer will ensure the local IT infrastructure—including hardware, networks, applications, and office/warehouse environments—operates efficiently and reliably for both on‑site and remote users. The role involves providing first‑line support, deploying and maintaining equipment, executing installations and integrations, monitoring system performance and security, and maintaining technical documentation while collaborating with a global service desk team.
