Authentic is hiring an in-house IT Support Specialist to support technology across the organization as it rapidly grows. The role is hands-on and employee-facing, supporting a mixed Mac/PC environment and core workplace tools such as Office 365 and VOIP services. The position helps sustain day-to-day operations while contributing to the company’s evolving technology environment.
