IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT needs, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools globally. You will manage the end-to-end device lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, while resolving incidents across Windows and macOS environments. This role requires meticulous attention to ticket handling, maintaining security policies, and collaborating with international infrastructure and security teams via Jira Service Management.
