IT Support Specialist

This role provides technical assistance to computer users both locally and remotely, resolving hardware and software issues through in-person, phone, or electronic support. The position involves setting up equipment, installing software, and maintaining system operations while following strict IT security policies. The specialist also trains users, updates help desk tickets, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation to support all shifts.
