IT Support Technician

The IT Support Technician will provide first and second‑line support for internal users and contractors, handling installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other office equipment. The role also involves managing user accounts across systems such as Okta, AD, Azure AD, and O365, as well as performing physical network tasks, server equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
