I.T.C. Infrastructure Technologist

The I.T.C. Infrastructure Technologist is responsible for the design, installation, configuration, administration, and monitoring of the City’s computing and communication infrastructure to support municipal government operations and critical emergency services technology platforms. The role involves optimizing networks and servers for high availability, ensuring system security, and facilitating secure data exchange with external agencies. The position requires troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining documentation, and participating in an on-call rotation.
