ITS Helpdesk Work Study Student

This part-time position is exclusively available to students who qualify for Work-Study and involves providing tier-one telephone support and walk-in assistance at the Schaffer Library & Peschel Computer Center. The role requires troubleshooting hardware and software, managing inventory, and supporting departmental operations and special events. Candidates must have basic knowledge of PC, Mac, and mobile devices, with a focus on filling available morning shifts during academic terms.
