This role is for a Technical Leader responsible for supervising daily technical activities, managing critical incidents, and ensuring 7x24 operational continuity for assigned teams. The position requires leading first-line support operations, coordinating maintenance and recovery plans, and guaranteeing SLA compliance for internal and external clients.
