Job Coach

The Job Coach assists individuals in maintaining paid employment within integrated business settings by providing ongoing training and support in workplace ethics, conduct, and performance. This role focuses on helping service members develop the skills necessary for successful competitive employment and may include transportation to and from work sites. The position supports individuals based on their unique strengths, needs, and preferences to ensure dignity, respect, and access to coordinated services.
