Job Coach

This full-time position works directly with families, case managers, and Orange Grove personnel to ensure successful integrated employment opportunities for persons supported. The role involves providing hands-on job coaching, training individuals in various job settings, and developing positive relationships with employers and coworkers. The Job Coach also coordinates transportation, troubleshoots employment barriers, and assists in meeting annual placement goals.
