Job Developer QIDP

The Job Developer QIDP supports Opportunity Village's mission by empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve meaningful employment through person-centered job development, coaching, and advocacy. This role involves collaborating with individuals, support networks, and community partners to develop individualized employment strategies and cultivate partnerships that expand job opportunities. The position also ensures compliance with regulations, manages documentation, and supports the onboarding and development of team members.
