Junior HR Generalist

An established manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Junior HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, employee programs, and office administration. Working closely with the HR Manager, this individual will gain broad exposure to recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and employee engagement. The role is well suited to an organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable assisting wherever needed.
