Junior Sous Chef

The Junior Sous Chef supports high-quality culinary operations across a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment, ensuring consistency and efficiency from preparation through service. This role involves hands-on leadership, coordinating kitchen teams, and maintaining strict food safety and compliance standards. The position also includes contributing to large-scale event catering and assuming full kitchen leadership in the absence of the Sous Chef.
